Only what you give us, plus a little about how the assistant is used and the minimum needed to keep the site safe:

• Audit request form: your name, phone number, email, business name, website, and what you want to fix first.
• Free visibility scan: your name, email, business name, website, and the keyword you want scanned.
• Chat and voice assistant:the questions you ask Sophie and her answers, the page you asked from, which chat and Call buttons you tap, your device type (phone, tablet, or desktop), and where you came from (Google, Google Maps, an AI assistant, another site, or directly). Before anything is saved, we replace these with placeholders: email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses (including PO boxes and ZIP codes written after TX, Texas, or “zip”), and your name when you introduce yourself (such as “my name is” or “me llamo”), along with that name wherever it comes up again in the same conversation. Other details, including business names, are kept as written, so please leave out anything you would not want saved. Voice conversations use your microphone only while the session is open and are not recorded; the transcript you see on screen is not saved. If you ask Sophie to have someone follow up and give her your name and email, we save those as a lead, the same way the audit form does.
• IP address: recorded when you run a scan, used only for rate limiting so the free tool cannot be abused. For the assistant we keep only a one-way keyed hash of it that rotates daily, used only to stop abuse. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or fingerprinting. This site stores two things in your browser: your light or dark theme preference, and your current chat so it survives moving between pages. Both stay on your device and are cleared when you close the tab (the chat) or by you (the theme).

• To run the visibility scan you requested and show you the results.
• To reply to your audit request with findings and a recommendation.
• To prevent abuse of the free scan through rate limits.
• To answer the questions you ask the assistant, using only the content of this website.
• To learn which questions visitors ask so we can add the answers to the site, its FAQs and our articles.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

A small set of infrastructure providers, each doing one job:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Supabase stores scan requests and results, and the assistant records described above, in our database.
• FormSubmit relays audit form submissions to our email.
• DataForSEO powers the map and search lookups. It receives only your business name, keyword, and map coordinates, never your contact details.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• Google Geminigenerates the assistant’s text and voice replies. Google processes your question and the page content used to answer it, and, for voice, your audio while the session is open, under Google’s Gemini API terms.
• Lapsula runs the booking calendar. Details you enter there go to Lapsula and to us.
• Resend delivers our lead notification emails.

We keep lead and scan records for as long as we need them to serve you and to understand how the tool is used. Assistant conversations are kept indefinitely as a record of what visitors ask, with the personal details listed above already replaced. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email lou@rigalmedia.com and we will handle it, no forms and no runaround.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will not quietly start tracking you; if that ever changes, it will be stated here first.
